On Tap at Bier:Thirty Clear red with a little brown/amber no head just a few small bubbles clinging to the edge. Nice bland of Cherry and Apple in the aroma and flavors. Quite a bit of sweetness. Slight tart bite at the end. Very east drinking.

This was poured into a wine glass for me.
The appearance was a slightly a glossy/hazed over orange to yellow color with a vast array of bubbly carbonation seen rising.
The smell had some tart and sour apples and then a light bitter citrus/floral sort of acidic aroma.
The taste was tart, sour and acidic with a tinge of citrus coming through. Vinous - yup that too.
On the palate, this one was exceptionally dry. It sat fairly light and construed a chilled dried grape-like pummeling over my tongue.
Overall, this was a pretty dry cider. Would I have it again? Probably not.

The appearance was a murky dark purple along the edges and has a slightly dark brown color in the center of the glass. Stop the Press! There’s a head in this cider, it may not last long and doesn’t have any lacing but to have a quick bubbly head compared to other ciders, hey at least it’s something.
The smell had a decent blend of semi - sweet cherries and apples.
The taste took those flavors and added a slight vinous - ness to it. The aftertaste had the same cherries and apples eloquently pasting itself quite sticky to the finish.
On the palate, this one sits about a light on the body with a clear sessionable aspect about it.
Overall, I say this is one of the better ciders I’ve had and that says a lot. If looking for a cider, I’d have this again.

Bottle. Pours a a clear pale yellow with visible carbonation with no head whatsoever. Aroma is full of dry apple with a bit of earthiness, tartness and some sweetness underlying. Flavor has a good amount of slightly tart apple with a hint of sweetness and a dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has lots of sweet apple with a light syrupy note and a hint if dryness. Flavor has lots of sweet apples that mellow in to a slight dry finish.

Draught at Capitol Cider, Seattle
Pale yellow color. Aroma of glue and playdough, weird. Weak and dry mouthfeel, with some acidity, some fruitiness (apricot?).
Too simple.

Draught at Brews Almighty, Everett, as Tieton Cherry Cider, 5% ABV
Red color. The aroma is a bit vinous, with some cherry. The mouthfeel is semi-sweet; the cherry syrup flavor is present, not much apple cider anymore.
Simple but pleasant.

Aroma: The nose is light with a little apple juice and some soft yeast notes
Appearance: It pours a clear gold color without much head or lace
Flavor: The flavor is on the light side too, slightly tart apple, minimal sweetness
Palate: The body is light, with a soft carbonation, and a short duration
Overall Impression: For some reason I was in a cider mood today, but this didn't totally hit the spot. It isn't bad, but it's a little thin in flavor and feel.

$20 bottle. Pours with a pale straw yellow hued body with a white head that fizzes away in 20 seconds or so. Aromas are of pear, mild acid balance, light spiced notes (almost cinnamon like), with some doughy yeast notes. General fruitiness overall. Flavors are dry and strongly tannic with a decently strong malic acid component. Citrusy and relatively bright, but not extremely complex. Dry with low body but high carbonation. Overall a pretty solid perry.
