Bottle. AirBnB. Pale clear yellow color. Earthy lemon aroma. Taste is herbal sweet apple and citrus. Highly drinkable

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours more perry color than gold. No noticeable head. Aroma is spicy - I think clove and allspice standout. Not overdone. Near med body. Flavor is cinnamon, apple, clove and allspice. Really moderate spice levels - which still provides fairly strong flavor. Seems to generate a floral note off and on. Decent; tasty. This would go great with ham.

Very nice. Sweet/lightly tart apples; lemon/orange/mango/melon/pineapple/peach/floral/grass. Semisweet/lightly drying. Mild carb. Smooth.

Great! Balanced sweet/tart apples; cinn/nutmeg/clove/honey/brown sugar/vanilla/fruit peel/earthy. Semisweet/drying spice finish. Mild carb.

Draft pour, tasted at Schilling Cider, Seattle. Pours a clear cherry red with no head. Aroma is really sweet red apples. Pink cider. Bold flavor in a cider here. Apples, cherries. Black cherries more specific. Hard to describe, but easy to enjoy. Solid.

Tap. Near-transparent yellowish color with no head. Aroma is apricots, yes, some tartness, peach skin. Taste is apricots, funky wild yeasts. Fizzy carbonation. Quite fun.

Bottle at Schilling?s, finally my first Ice Cider -though probably not the best one. Golden color with no head. Aroma is intense apples, wood, vanilla. Taste is vanilla, apples, wild. No carbonation. Not the most amazing thing I?ve ever put in my mouth, but I can imagine some other Ice Ciders will be if they are complex :P
