Can from Seattle Beer Company. Pours dark brn/blk with a large foamy tan head. Aroma of really nice, dark coffee. Touch of chocolate. Full bodied IMHO. Flavor is burnt, chocolaty malt with coffee so strong and dark it could be espresso! Dry. Bitter - whether malt, coffee or hops I do not know - but bitter. Very good and tasty ale.

Golden color. Candied tangerines, citrus, weed over a semi sweet crackery malt back bone. Super crisp, not overly bitter, the hop character shine with a resiny mouth feel. The wet hops add this really nice mouthfeel. Wow. Excellent

Bale Breaker Hop Country Session IPA 5.4% 40 IBU Awesome aroma of prickly pear and semi-tropical fruits. Quite full bodied and smooth for a Session IPA. The taste is woodsy resinous pine with little fruity about it. Nicely bitter but sweet enough to balance it out. A well made beer, packaged in June 2019 so about 4 months old.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some resins, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and piney, with piney hops, a hint of resins, and biscuity malt. Piney and bright, with almost no residual sweetness. Excellent.

Taster showing pale gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of pine and light mango. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Light hints of mango here and there with a clean pine background with a light malt backbone. Moderately intense pine bitterness on the finish.

12 oz. Aroma is cantaloupe, pineapple, citrus rind, honeysuckle. Pours clear golden with lots of floaties underneath a one finger bone-white head with great retention. Taste has a moderate to high pithy bitterness. Not bad, but Hop Country was a lot better.
