Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright amber with a quite transient white smear. Aroma of caramel/toffee with light floral hop. Med body. Flavor is the aroma with some definite spiciness added. The Williamette really shines.

Capped corked 375 from Tavour. Pours murky gold with a decent moderate white head that persisted. Aroma is sort of peach/pear with wood and brandy. Med body. Lightly tart/sour. Fruity. Flavor is the aroma with a number of other things. Pear seems prominent. But there are things I don't have the words for. It is extremely exquisite. Marvelous.

Can from Tavour: pours blackish with beige head. Aroma is cocoa, roasted malts, blackbread. Taste is very full and roasty, chewy, large. Hits bigger than it is.

Soft and floral IPA, with a gentle fruitiness offering up notes of peach, white grape, citrus candy, and a touch of papaya, followed by a pine-mineral bitterness and a flowery finish. Not bad.

Not an improvement to Hop Beard. Mango tanginess overwhelms everything else, blotting out the pineapple sweetness and the wanted WCIPA notes. Finishes with a moderate piney bitterness but even this gets shoved aside for more mango. Not for me.

Suddy, filtered(if dull), medium gold.
Floral, sour/twangy dank laced with dry mango fruit tape.
Danky, floral-sweet hop front end, low volatile, low initial bitterness but there is some bite that builds up. Catty Simcoe. Very sour pineapple middle, end suddenly gets tea tannic & gives some soft mango skin.
Frothy, acidic-sweet turning dry, kinda boozy.
Liked this one.

Can via Appalachian. Cracker into a pint glass between some smoked boars head hotdogs. Two of my favorite breweries, who cares that it's two months old...
Medium-light pale gold pour with a thin but heady white wash.
Melon + grassy nose. Secondary floral that lingers.
Flavor start off floral, a bit of sweetness, earthy bite, old wood, lingering yeasty finish. Small bit of caramel. Some banana yeasties become noticable as it warms. Just a wink of astringentcy but it needs a bit more bite.
Full carb, very plush feel, texture is very soft, low acid, low abv session loves you.
