Tap. Pours clear golden orange, medium beige head, creamy, nice lacing. Aroma is light, cannabis, melon. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter, potty. Resinous. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. I sense a theme here, but this one ends up solid

On draught. Hazy yellow orange with white head. Normally not a 100% citra fan, but this one is clean and the tropical aspects are nice and pleasant.

On tap at Altamont. It pours a lightly hazed pale orange color with an off white head. Funny their hoppy ales are clearer than their first lager. The aroma is citrusy grapefruit with lighter notes of spicy hop. Hints of tropical and stone fruit. The flavor is nice and dank with grapefruit, melon and lots of hop spice. A little lime and berry. It’s full and kinda oily on the palate. No lager character that I can perceive. Pretty much like most of their other IPA’s. Not a bad thing. I enjoyed this one quite a bit.

On tap at Altamont. It pours a nice rich orange color with a large, dense off white head. The aroma is full with intense notes of pineapple, mango, tangelo and some light hop spice, grass and dank. The flavor is equally awesome with pineapple, tangelo, grapefruit, hints of honey and a grassy, dank, spicy hop finish. Medium light bitterness. Full bodied, but not malty. There’s some very light biscuity/honey maltiness, but just supports rather than competes with the hop profile. Lightly oily on the palate. Great stuff.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Sometimes I wonder where, and how they come across these kegs. Always something new. I love it. Lighter hazy golden pour with an active fizz head. Name gets the dank part right. Wet hop aroma. Advertised as low bitter, but comes off as bitter to me. Good hop profile overall. Orange fruit in there late. Good IPA.
