Apple cider aroma with addition of pumpkin pie spices. Taste is sweet cider with pumpkin pie, cinnamon, nutmeg. Alcohol finish with a little funky flavor. Nice winter cider.

Large bottle (2015) with gold wax seal from Rockridge Orchards, Enumclaw, shared with Soph at our log cabin in Mount Rainier National Park. Pours very pale clear yellow, aroma is lightly sweet, clean. Taste presents a clean, moderately sweet commercial perry character, no acidity or rough textures, fairly dry and simplistic, but fine overall

Can. Apples. Surprisingly sweet for a dry version. Quite light and delicate though. Good apple taste. Not so exciting, but refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of Seattle Cider Dry on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. On tap at Chuck's on 85th, pours a clear deep dark ruby red. Aroma brings out dark berries and light honey. Flavour is delicious, with deep tart berries, treacle, and honey. Tart and treacly. Very nice stuff.
