Seattle Cider Company is Seattle’s first cidery since Prohibition, bringing true craft cider back to Seattle and across the country. Can. Apples. Surprisingly sweet for a dry version. Quite light and delicate though. Good apple taste. On tap at Chuck's on 85th, pours a clear deep dark ruby red. Aroma brings out dark berries and light honey. Flavour is delicious, with deep tart berries, treacle, and honey. Tart and treacly. Very nice stuff.

16 ounce can from Woodman's Menomonee Falls, 7/4/19. Clear gold, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of clove, cinnamon, apple. Taste is strong cinnamon and clove, tart apple. Some apple skins. Thin. Not their best.

On tap pours out crisp golden nose is crazy cucumber earthy notes some floral apple. Taste is more of the nice earthy notes cucumber and candy.

473ml can. Shared with my wife. Pours a clear red with no head. Sweet fruity aroma of raspberry, apple and floral. Sweet fruity flavour of apple, raspberry, blackberry and floral with a dry, tart finish. Light to medium body with a sticky texture and average carbonation. My wife liked it, me not so much.

Light yellow pour. Typical cider aroma. Starts slightly sweet and finishes crisp and dry like wine. Some mild gin or liquor flavors. Easy drinking.

Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear pale yellow with visible carbonation but no head. Aroma has dry apple with a bit of a lime bite and a hint of coriander underlying. Flavor is full of sweet and dry apple with some corriander in the finish.
