Seattle Cider Company is Seattle’s first cidery since Prohibition, bringing true craft cider back to Seattle and across the country. Pours light pale yellow into a shaker. No head. Mild yeast and sweet apple aromas. Soft with sweet apple turning quickly to a mildly sour earthy skin finish.

Pretty good seasonal cider and it's understated which makes it a lot easier to drink and the way I prefer them. Aroma is pumpkin spice and apples but not too heavy-handed. Appearance has a little bit of long lasting foam on the top which is unusual and pleasant. Flavor is like nose with a spices a little stronger but not overdone. Good body and finish. I could drink several of these. I can see it especially with a seasonal meal.

Average appearance cider. After reading the commercial description of it I can pick up the slightest hint of cinnamon and perhaps something of the raisins and of course apples. Flavor is somewhat Like Nose, I also pick up a hint of Oak, no maple, but it's all very low key. Generally I prefer flavors that are more subtle than overt except for in things like chili and IPA and and steaks and stuff like that. But in this case I think they went a little overboard. It's good cider but nothing to write home about.

Tap @ Keyaki Beer Festival Autumn 2017. Light golden, not much carbonation. Sweet mint and some apples in aroma. Tastes quite refreshing, mint and basil adding some bright herbal notes to otherwise medium-sweet cider. Finish more dry, some tannins. I like it.

Mouth freshing. Best cider to have before a date. Odd, but not the worst thing in the world
