ABR 2016. From a can. It is dry, some yeast in the aroma. Dry flavor, put definitely apple. More yeast in the flavor. Light and refreshing, great that it is not sweet.

2016-02-07, draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle, 6-2-4-2-9=23
Very pale yellow color. Nice cider aroma, a bit lemony. The mouthfeel is bone dry, if there is any salt, it doesn’t play well here, astringent in the final. It could have been a good idea, but the result is not convincing.

Pale color, barely yellow. I was excited initially because it seemed a gold idea, but the cider is lame, and the light salt doesn’t add much depth.
Bah.

Sample at Brouwer’s Cafe during "6 Degrees of Inebriation" on 04/09/2016. Clear reddish-copper color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a dense film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of oak, berries and spice. Medium body with a vinous oak character and notes of raspberries and spice. The finish is oaky and fruity with a tart berry aftertaste. Above average overall.

More passover cider drinking. Very light and dry with a lacto character. I can see the combo, but no salt. Very pale color.

Bomber shared by Diceman. This thing is narsty. Yucky artificial sweet maple and oak. I don’t believe the flavors. Its rather unbearable and both of us really disliked it. And its not like the base Seattle cider is all that interesting.

1 pint can shared by Diceman. Pours like all typical cider with a super fast dissapating head. Super pale color. The is all that is super about this cider. First of all, where is the citrus? Then boring apple juice cider. I don’t want apple juice.
