16 ounce can. Brassy gold pour. Frothy beige head. Light, biscuity malt aroma hints at herbal hops. Flavor is grainy malt and spicy herbal hops. A hint of citrus, as well. Clean and crisp with good balance. Dry, spicy hop finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours very hazy gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma seems a mix of orange and tangerine. Near med body. A bit juicy, but dryish, and nicely bitter. Orange, tangerine and some pine. Light malt is discernible in support, but maltiness is nicely subdued. Very nice.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of intensely dank hops, some pine, and oily resins. Flavour is vibrant, with lots of dank hops, pine, resinous oils, and crisp biscuity malt. Dank and piney, with a bitter, bright finish. Excellent.

16oz @ Matt's 🏡 shared with Ryan (thx for the beer, man!) during a Christmas gathering. Appearance: slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: typical Mosaic, some herbs notes. Taste: along the same lines, moderately bitter. Overall: ok.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Peter). Clear-ish yellow gold with small white head. Nice mosaic showcase, tropical notes, some feint gas fumes. Good stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a sizeable foamy white head. There's dankness in the aroma and some grapefruit. Blueberry, perhaps. Med body. Flavor has some grapefruit and earthy dankness. Dry and bitter. Maybe some pine. Very nice flavor.

Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with almost no beige head and a small chunkie. Vanilla and cinnamon, feint raisin character, decent.

A dink pour while accepting some disappointment after trying a glass of TYF9Y. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: dank, juicy, a bit creamy. Taste: along the same lines, quite good body for an APA. Overall: pleasant.

6oz. Appearance: very dark brown with some beige head. Aroma: sweet, bold, some molasses, American oak, some chocolate. Nice and proper for a straight BBA IS. Taste: very sweet and thick. It is also really boozy, probably the booziest Imperial Stour from Structures I've ever had. A lot of caramel candies and oak. At the same time, I wouldn't say it's very complex. It's kinda one directional and doesn't bring a lot of complexity to the palate. Overall: it is for sure enjoyable, but I expected more from it.
