Draft pour pint at Trail Bend, Ballard. A clean and clear golden pour. Foam ring. Some tropical notes, dank hops aroma. Flavor is smoother than expected. Dank hop flavor, moderate bitter. Grassy hops as an overall look. I thought vegetal at first, but the thought went away slowly. The most unfortunate thing about this brew is the expectations that came along with it. I recently picked up a brew from these guys in Mexico. Stoup and Cloudburst are both awesome. I expected gold here, and settled for silver.

Draft pour in a flight of triples at Coopers Ale house, for their version of the 2018 Hop Mob Event. Slight haze, golden orange pour. Ton of sticky head and lacing. Some fresh melon fruit like flavor going on. Interesting hop profile, and a refreshing one for a triple. Has a slight harsh side, but you want your triple IPA to punish you a little bit. This was a solid triple here, and a memorable one.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup. Last leg of their 2017 fresh hop tour. Double headliner too. Golden orange, cloudy pour. Grassy hop like aroma, tbough the flavor is one the fruity side. Ripe fruit forward. Pineapple? Cool, and refreshing flavor all throughout. A pleasant, enjoyable fresh hop for sure.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup. Clean and clear shiny golden pour. This is a great time of year to be drinking beers. Love the fresh hops. Glad Stoup jumped in, and are making solid additions. Putting Centennial out there on display. Fun to get to know single hops in these beers. Smooth, and floral hop flavor, a moderate biting bitterness. Hop heavy aroma from quite a distance. Lingering bitterness. No shortage in flavor here, thats for sure. Fun try here, amd good beer overall.

Draft 12 oz pour at Stoup. Fresh Hop season continues into Ballard. I want to say i tried Stoups fresh hops laat year, but wasnt too impressed. This pour is a different story. Excellent showcase of mosaic hops. Shiny golden pour. Low bitterness, full of hop flavor, and a lot of what I look for in a fresh hop. Refreshing. Tasty.

Draft pour pint at Stoup. First visit to the new Stoup rooftop bar. Feels like a hotel bar up here. Clean and clear golden pour with a fizz ring head. Bitter citrus rind aroma. Flavor is melon and orange fruit hops, bitter slight citrus lean. Lingering bitter. A more or less plain IPA for me, but not bad.

Draft pour pint at Dog and Pony, Renton. Very light, clear golden pour with a thin foam head and coating lace. A totally dig this. A light and refreshing IPA. Near absent bitterness. Cool front. A touch of sweet. Peach almost. Hop light bitter slowly creeps in the end, which adds to it. Very easy to drink. Enjoyed this a ton.
