Bottle - Light cooked Apple and bourbon. Clear gold. Sweet Apple and bourbon and a bit of booze in the finish. A little syrupy.

Bottle - Apple, Berry, rum and lots of sweetness. Clear pink. Sweet peach, light dry Apple and a nice finish.

Bottle - Red Apple and some skin funk. Cloudy peach colour. Light sweetness, peel, touch of earth and dry. Light tartness as well.

Finally got to try this. Solid light copper color, still. Nose is strong slick apple with wood alcohol, burnty wood, not smoke. Hefty alcohol balance the apple. Flavor is soft and heavy alcohol essence with apple. Whatever, I like. Reminiscent of ice cider.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque pinkish amber with a small off-white head. Nose brings out red apple skins, some dry pithy blackberries, and light tartness. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry red apple skins and tart blackberries. Not terribly complex or cohesive, but well-structured and enjoyable. Solid.

Bottle at PIB 2015, pours a clear faint blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out red apple skins and a touch of champagne funk. Flavour of light-to-medium sweetness, with red apple skins, a touch of funk, and some light citrus. Really well-designed and balanced. Very good stuff.
