11.2oz bottle. Poured a clear, carbonated yellow color with a large white head. Aroma was caramel notes, touch of spice and a bit sour. Flavor was yeasty, with notes of grains, malts.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from K Supermarket Kamppi) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was very small and white. Aroma was grassy and a little bit papery. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grain, oatmeal porridge, wheat bread, grass, mildly sweetnes, a hint of carboard and low bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Not a really good beer. It had positively interesting flavour profile but the paper and/or carboard both in the arom and in the taste was off-putting.

Manure aroma. Now that’s truly organic! Cloudy yellow, thin head, full of floaties.Beans and manure flavor. Rice finish. What is this? More flavorful than a macro, but this is not a good way. I was looking forward to this beer. On paper, this looked like it might be pretty neat. In the end, it is just a bad tasting beer.

Slightly orange yellow beer quite weak and blond head. Aroma is malty, biscuity and lots of grass, hint of honey. Light and even watery to drink, still carbonation is smooth and nice. Taste is quite similar than aroma, pure malts and biscuits, some grassy hops with a quite light bitterness. There are nothing special but still pure, light and enjoyable beer; maybe a better beer than points indicates?

Deep ruby color, small off-white head. Rye, berries and hints of caramel in the nose. Light body and palate. Starts metallic, grainy with some ryeish and ashy-toasted notes. Active carbonation. Yes, feels very organic and also watery. This combination of ancient grains just don’t work.
