Bottle. (thx to papsoe) Murky brown with a nice off-white head. Quite sweet on the nose, with caramel, banana and cloves. Caramel, banana and a little spicyness in the flavor and finish. A bit too flat for a weissbier. A decent dunkel-weisse, pleasant and quaffable. (070510)

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also some hoppy notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, leading to a dry strawy end.

Bottle: Pale golden, lacing mid-sized off-white head; sweetish grainy nose with a dash of bitterness; moderate bitter, slightly sweetish flavour, light bodied; short, drier, a bit grassy-bitter finish. Another mediocre, boring Pilsener from Germany...................

Bottle: Orangey coloured, bigger rocky off-white head, quickly vanishing, a bit lacing off-white head, hazy; stronger sweet-fruity nose with a distinctive bready touch and some odd, hard to describe phenolic, estery notes and an almost hoppy, "wooden" tinge; sweetish and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish-fruity and also slightly bitter finish. An odd, not really pleasant brew.......

Bottle, thanks Pivnizub. Caramel/sugary and herbal/heather nose. Nice chestnut, champagne bubbles, brown ceamy lacing head. Sugary, light roasted malt base, fairly lightbodied. Quick papery finish, tapering into nothingness. A whif of hops and this would be a nice refreshing brew.
