Additional apple blend adds a really nice complexity here. High carb that dissipates quickly. Super tasty pineapple guava sweetness with hints of champagne tannins.

Thick lemon citrus apple flavor all over. Super delicious with medium high carb to top it off.

Share pour by the bartender who begged me & another patron to finish the open bottle; two pours. Slightly hazy, plum peach, heady pour. Thicker slurry on the second glass. Sweet strawberry & tart apple nose. Tart, hibiscus, cranberry sweet, mellow lemon high acid, very jammy. Very approachable at first but with a bracing finish. Not sure if I enjoy the complexity of the floral notes more or just the stiff tartness after a long night of sweet stuff. Pretty good.

Stemware at the tap room. Clear, medium gold, super active & fizzy. Bittersweet & bittersharp, very floral, slight funk, strong melon honey, something like rum. Medium low popsicle stick astringency, a bit of salt, a touch too sweet. Nicely bubbly finish & just a little heft. Pretty good. Amazing if it was drier.

On tap a their Aurora taproom. Clear, vibrant, very pale gold, tall head. Stuffy, grassy, green grapes & tart dessert apples. Slightly stuffy blanket. Rounded, tangerine bittersharp with a lot of honey sweetness & ginger ale. Leans more semi-sweet. Ending on some lingering rich sharpness. Pedestrian adjacent, very thin, crispy, easy. Fine.

On tap at the source. Clear, frothy, pale gold pour. French bittersweet, plastic phenols & a little stuffy blanket on the nose. Taste is watery bittersweet, hay, light floral honey, mushy apple, mellow yeasty esters. Lightweight, middling carb, a little runny. Just okay.

Part of a flight at the source. Clear, vibrant, pale gold, light activity. Lemon honey, slightly boozy nose. Bittersharp leaning sweet, strong acid, white grape, zesty grape skins, slight citrus, lingering honey drizzle. Way more flavor than expected. Good.

Bottle. Full tulip pour at the source. Clear, light honey, active drop. Honey, yellow onion, veg, cooked apple nose. Leathery, bittersweet leaning sweet, hard water, cream, slight cooked pineapple fruitiness, veg, stale water, very English. Thin, middle high acid, low tartness, inconsistent but ample carb. Would prefer it dryer but still pretty good.

Clear, sparkling, pale gold tap pour at the Aurora tap room. Stuffy, caramelized sweet apple nose. Caramelized sharp apple juice, tart cherry candy, confectionery, malic acid finish. Very pedestrian & a touch industrial. Strong forced carb & soda-y Not my favorite.

Clear, honey gold, very active pour at their tasting room. Earthy, honeyed, minerally, slight barnyard nose. Bittersweet, strong earth, buttery, well water, oily leather, bitter greens, moderate funk, popsicle stick finish. No tartness, a bit of measurable acid. Very on point.
