I'm to the point where this tastes good. But I can still think. More beer, please.

16 August 2024. At The Musketeers brewpub. Cheers to Silke, Elke, Gregory & Anke!

A: hazy yellow, small, off-white head.
A: dried orange peel, fruit cake, apricot, mango, wine gums, vanilla.
T: sweet mango, pear, cake, bitter orange peel, yeast.
F: soft floral hops, fruit candy, sour orange, rather harshly bitter & yeasty.
P: medium body, slick-sticky texture, soft carbonation.
Crudely made and unenjoyable; this style is supposed to be fun, right?

Bottle, 5.7%. Lagery and metallic aroma with notes of dark caramel. Cloudy light amber colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is fruity and caramellly. Note so bitter to start with, but the aftertaste is getting there. Yeasty and funky/unclean finish.

33cl can, BB 22/02/2026.

Pale copper colour with lasting lacy head. Strongly malty and quite sweet. The hop profile is fruity with mild tropical fruit and candied lemon. Interesting twist on the standard version. Lots of bitterness in the aftertaste.
