355ml can from HOTM. Golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, core, straw, sulphur hints. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, with some tartness and acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & tart finish. Quite OK.

I'm super critical of session meads. So much potential, yet so many are just too sweet & don't hit their intended target: drinkability. Thankfully, Shig paid for this one, didn't like it all that much, so he poured me some too. Thanks for sharing buddy.
Goblet. Pours a bright & appetizing pale gold, though little to no carb.
Smells like fresh cling peach juice out the can with a generous amount of floral honey. No head fakes. Gonna be back-sweetened. Was hoping for a more complex nose.
Juicy unfermented peach juice, sweet white grapes, lush floral honey & a touch of vanilla; as described. Juice is a little acidy, giving it a snap & lots of drinkability.
Surprising bite of carbonation is just a bonus. There is a touch of body with all that honey to make it slick going down.
Back-sweetened but almost exactly what you want in a session mead.

Bottle shared by Andrew, thanks! Pours a clear hydrated pee with a visible carbonation with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has dry apple with a bit of earthiness and some light sweetness underlying. Flavor has dry and slightly tart apple with a bit of a light grain note coming through.
