Tap at warpigs. Pitch black small yellow head. Woody roasted aroma and lots of honey aroma. Very pleasing aroma. Flavor is very sweet . Mostly sweet honey but also the bubbly palate of wood lagering, and notes from the bourbon. Complex mead.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Rich claret in appearance with moderate spotting and edgework. Nose is tarte fruit, varnish, red berry, cherry skins, wooded notes. Taste comprises sweet berry fruit, sugar, sweet sweet licks. Full bodied, oily feel, sweet warming close. Ok stuff, smelt good, just too sweet for me in the execution.
