A lightly hazed golden Gueuze with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light tartness, light funk, loads of Brett and horse blanket, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of sour cherry, Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. Bottle at Clandestin, Gatineau.

In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, tropical fruit, very nice. Bottle at IGA Famille Charles, March 2018.

(Bottle) upon opening a bottle that sat for months in the cellar one third of the contents left the bottle as pressurized foam - not a good start. Clear, bright dark orange amber colour with explosive foamy head; aroma of of candy sugar, hint of barnyard; sweet flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of oak and vinous notes with light floral undertones with light hay notes also discernible. Taste is a great mix of vinous notes with light oak flavours with some subtle tart notes and some hay notes with light cereal undertone. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid blends of flavours from brewery that is under the radar.

A reddish copper ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice raspberry jam with light acidity, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2018.

Bottle: Poured a hay dark brown color ale with a nice large foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of intense woody aroma with light tart notes and some caramelized malt notes. Taste is a complex mix of acidic notes with some tart and oak notes with tart cherry and intense woody flavours. Body is full with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. I was expecting a Flanders Red but this was quite the treat.
