Enjoyed at Gainsbourg. Pours a clear caramel colour with a beige head and creamy lacing. Taste of caramel with light cinnamon and anise in the finish. All quite watery and light with roasted malt lingering. Average mouthfeel. Roasted malt scent, mild again with light spices (cinnamon) and caramel. Interesting Christmas beer with anise and roasted malts which are different.
