Hazy golden-orange with bubbly-soapy off-white cap, average stay and a soapy ring left on the brew. Big orange juice in the aromas, with some raisin touch, something I can't put my nose on - for now, and oats. If the Bergamot, not the one I am use to in Earl Grey tea. The taste has the orange juice again, with decent grassiness, blended by the oats. Some stone fruits appear in time. The Bergamot (fruit, not oil - now makes sense) is adding to the orange juice packed brew, a tad lime and spiciness. An interesting Double IPA, also at 8.5%, but a little rich to have another right after.

@ Sales Force. Appearance: the bottle exploded with a copper drink with a beige head. Aroma: somewhat tart, malty, some dark malts, some sweetness, Brett. Taste: surprisingly not as tart as I would expect considering how it exploded (not even close to the Fantome at Phill's place, though), some malty notes, Brett. Overall: it's infected, no doubt, but still not bad.

750mL bottle. Immediately frothy upon opening. Pours murky brown with beige head. Aroma has stale bready malts, some bourbon. Flavour is a clusterfuck of brown bread malts and wild yeast; some bourbon and tequila. This is a mess.

750mL bottle, explodes upon opening, pours an opaque, filthy, reddish brown with a huge beige head. Aroma is clearly infected, with wild yeast in here that shouldn't be -- don't get any bourbon, tequila or anything hinting at a malty strong ale. Flavour is also clearly fucked up, wild yeast, bready caramel, and intense carbonation. As with so many Quebecois BA beers, this is infected, as evidenced by the explosive bottle, the intense carbonation, and the wild yeast in here that shouldn't be. Not unpalatable, but clearly messed up.

A hazed golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of apricot, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart apricot, light brett, light cork, Epsom salts, light buttery notes, very nice. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

2023 edition, 750ml brown bottle with a paper around it, and string. Pours a slight haze, deep orange colour with golden highlights. The smaller head is white-pinkish, with limited stay and just a tiny ring left. Beautiful fresh, fruity aromas of elderberries and black currant, with a touch of Brett giving funky and medicinal hints. Very sour in the mouth, kind of puckering in a nice way, hiding the Brett funk, and making the fruits shine. Some nice particles hitting the bottom. Kind of on the thin side, which makes it refreshing, and not a syrupy lingering ending. Just a tad tart left. A really nice fruity-sour wild ale that refreshes nicely for summer.

Hazy golden colour with a big frothy-foamy white head, long lasting and leaving full soapy lacing. Lost of oranges in the aromas with a touch of tropical fruits, oats and other citrus zest. The mouthfeel is creamy with a decent, slow building dryness. Again, citruses in the taste, adding fruitiness, zestiness and a tad bitterness. Bought because the title is a funny French-Canadian saying, but this is really a very nice NEIPA that I would have again.
