Description
Marie Guera, originally from Ariège, opened her craft brewery in 2014. Since then, the "Grand Bison" has taken root, has grown and offers various organic beers based on the recipes of a young business owner. Marie works mainly with organic raw materials. Malt and hops

Since opening her brewery, Le Grand Bison, six years ago, Marie Guerra has never stopped looking for solutions to protect the environment. "Obvious" for her. Lately it has tackled the use of plastic, especially palletizing film for the packaging of its products. No more traditional scotch tape, which has been replaced by paper. It is also studying the possibility of replacing the plastic caps in beer kegs with more environmentally friendly ones.

These actions are a continuation of the brewery's policy for the preservation of the environment, in particular with the reduction of its waste. Brewing residues are certified organic. They are given to a local farmer who adds them to his cattle feed.

pours clear , tad darker blonde. Medium small, stable and creamy white head. Smell is bit fruity ( red fruits , berries ) rather sweet ( sugary, not syrupy ) mild maltyness and even some hops ( floral ). Taste is floral, sweet (sugary ) but not extremely so. Subtile red fruityness (much less so than the florality ) thin body, rather high carbo. OK.

Thnx to Aminachime. Labeled as 4.0 %. Pours clear yellow blonde. Médium to medium small white head. Smell is bit spice ( phenolic) mild malty. Taste is sharp, intense bitter, very high carbonation, médium intense phenols. Like a low abv Belgian golden strong ale, but wIth even higher carbonation. Could lift up some seriously fat cheese ( style of brie) but on it's own, I think it's very overcarbonated, and lacks complexity.
