Bottle, 0.45l. Clear amber pour, one finger frothy off-white head, medium retention, minimal lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, sweet and malty, light toasted, molasses and candy in the background.
Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, creamy. Sweet taste, nicely balanced with very mild bitter notes lingering in the aftertaste. Aroma of toasted caramel, molasses, brown sugar. Overripe banana notes, bread, spices. Sticky. Medium lasting finish, sweet.
Pretty good amber.

450ml bottle from local Coop, Sinalunga, Tuscany. Pours a clear amber, large white head. Lovely amber lager.. balanced amber malt sweetness, really good.

440ml can in Sinalunga. Pours a hazed gold, good white head. Aroma of moderately sweet malt, some fluffy cereal malt to taste, moderate bitterness. Not a massive difference to standard ichnusa. Fine overall.

330ml bottle drunk at our apartment in Serralunga d'Alba, Piedmont. Pours clear gold, white head. Moderately sweet lager profile, moderate bitterness. Not entirely sure the difference between this and standard Ichnusa, but nice enough.

Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, pane, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottle from Kiena Kiena in Málaga. Almost clear dark golden. Lots of sweet malts, bread crust, light grassy, honey, atone fruits, sugary soft toasted malts. Medium swert, a bit less bitter. Full bodied. OK.

Bottle in Balera, a small Italian Wine Bar in Neukolln, Berlin on 23rd January 2026. Almost clear pour, dull golden look, white head. Grainy and slightly sweet in nature. Couldn't tell it was unfiltered.
