What we work hardest at is the quality of our beer. When we heard that one of the world’s greatest breweries - Russian River in Northern California - was selling its brewhouse, we knew we had to get our hands on it. We worked night and day to raise the cash, sailed it through the Panama Canal and now it has a new home, here in London.
Crisp, light, clear, with a nice foamy head.

Keg draught at the brewpub. Yellow gold, clear with a very thin white head. Big vanilla malt notes in an overall gentle aroma. Some grass, some melon... circus peanuts? Hmmmm. Maybe. The taste brings floral character with a little banana and melon. Sweet, but not overly so, from start to finish. Lightly carbonated, which lifts the body. While there isn't a massive amount to this APA, I am warming to it over the course of the drink. Worth a go.

Draft @ The Castle, Whitechapel, London. Clear yellow with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus fruits and some pine. Taste of lemons, tangerines, malts and a little bit of pine. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Ok yet a bit pedestrian.
