Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear crisp yellow gold with a large white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma is straw forward with some earthy grass, hay and a hint of sweet grain underlying. Flavor has hay and earthy grass with a bit of straw and light grains backing.

Can poured into an IPA glass. Thanks, Big Tex! Cloudy gold with a thick off white head and some sediment. Aroma is dense with citrus, orange, mango, dank. Initial taste is sugared orange, mango, dank, citrus rind. Fades to rind, resin, dank. Body is full and smooth with subtle carbonation. Absolutely outstanding. Can't think of a better TIPA that I've had.

Aromas are dark malt, roast, molasses, old coffee and barest hint of cinnamon. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter with mild carbonation. Coffee is a bit fresher. Hardly pick up cinnamon. Not bad but nothing special.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange/golden pour, one finger frothy white head, streaky lacing. Hoppy aroma, orange peel and what seems like some boozy strength (but it's only 6.8%). Taste is zesty citrus peel, orange, tangerine. Small bitter bite at the finish.

Pours a moderately hazy, lemon-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a touch on the dank side, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Flavors follow. Mouthfeel seems maybe a touch thin. Quite a bit of hop bitterness running through the finish.

Can poured into an English pint. Black pour with a fizzy brown head. Aroma is vanilla, cream, chocolate, licorice. Initial taste is chocolate, vanilla, licorice, coffee. Fades to mildly bitter coffee, licorice. Full body and steady carbonation. There's a nice balance to this for something that looks like it will just be a sugar bomb.
