Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a yellow hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is straight rich apricot with a touch of sweet grain backing. Flavor starts with grain but is quickly filled with sweet apricot notes.

Autumn Brew Review, 2015. Great pink color with foam. Flavor is much less interesting, very light and under-flavored as any Kolsch tends to be, some fruit, but it is light and the particular fruit was not identifiable. It might be better if just a little bit sweeter.

Autumn Brew Review, 2015. black, good smooth palate. I get a lot of coconut in the aroma and the flavor. A little fruit, pineaapple, and I can pick up the chocolate. It seems well made. One of the better new beers at the festival.

Multiple glasses from a growler at my brother in law’s house. The pour is a slight haze copper orange with a foamy off white head. The aroma is fresh dank resin, floral hop and underneath biscuit malt notes. The taste is the fresh dank floral hops from the nose along with biscuit malt, perhaps a hint of some rye and mineral in the finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the mineral resin dry finish. Tasty stuff.
