At Lupulin. Red color, not gold at all and I wonder if they changed the recipe. Typical for red ales, this is dry with malt. Less typical are the hops, which are prominent in this beer. Lightly aromatic and floral. Solid beer.

At the brewery. Copper color. Alcohol flavor, some yeast and a little spice. Alcohol in the flavor and aroma.

Bottle shared by Tom, thanks! Pours black with a tan head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a nice raspberry note with a bit of dark grains and some earthy roasted malts. Flavor has earthy chocolate and earthy roasted malts with a growing raspberry note.

Winterfest 2016. I was not sure what type of beer I was drinking. Light palate for a porter. I expected it to be sweet, based on the name alone. Dark brown color. Some raspberry flavor, and lightly roasted malt for balance. I thought this would be sweet, thick, and heavy and it was not any of those things, but i did like the raspberry flavor.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has dank pine and dark grains with roasted malts underlying. Flavor is mainly dank pine supported by roasted malts and dark grains.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is very dank with resinous pine with some grapefruit and a light grain backbone. Flavor combines bitter pine and grapefruit with resin supporting and a sweet grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an interesting combination of light grass and sweet citrus with a light grain backbone. Flavor has sweet citrus and a bit of tropical fruit with grass and light grain backing.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a deep brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of roasted malts and dark grain with a decent amount of vanilla. Flavor has dark grains and roasted malts with growing vanilla in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of spice supported by sweet grains, pumpkin and a bit of grain. Flavor is spice forward with bread and a touch of sweetness and pumpkin supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of straw and grain with Belgian yeast supporting. Flavor has more Belgian yeast notes that lead to flora with a backbone of grain and straw supporting.
