Bottle thanks to Janka. Feels authentic, even if slightly thin in terms of character. Tasty, slightly watery, but very easy drinking. Rather light sourness too. Good.

On tap @ Restaurante El Horno de Aralar (Asador Sidreria) in Pamplona, Spain. As a part of a cider lunch menu the cider was available on self-service tap as a “drink as much you want” concept. Unclear golden body with a small and fast disappearing white head. Quite strong apple aroma, mostly apple cores and some acidity with a hint of yeast. Flavor is acidic sour apple, but compared with other sidra natural it’s not among the sourest one. Balanced body with a long lasting, tart aftertaste. A fine and refreshing accomplishment for my lunch and probably a nice cider to start with if not familiar with the acidic Basque ciders.

Out of the barrel in the wall in a Sidraría in Bilbao. Smooth fresh beginning. Easy to drink, fresh, nice tart sourish apples. Fresh with woody-sourish hints. Nice tart apples with a low level of tannins. Nice sour dry finish! Great.
