Bottle, shared by Cunningham. Vintage 2021. A hazy golden colored cider with some short lived white bubbles. Quite a lot of vinegar in the aroma, lots of ripe apple, and some apple cores, grass and a whiff of sulphites. Its' quite still, acidic and tart, medium bodied, with too much vinegar flavor for my liking. Ripe apple, some apple cores and grass, and a touch of hay and red berries. Lasting vinegar-ish finish. Too intense this one, still nice in a way. 240728

Pleasant aroma of apples, a hint of sulphites. Medium dry flavour of apples, again a hint of sulphites.

0,75 litre Bottle, from Vinmonopolet Hamar, at home. Cloudy Golden with little head. Apple, sour, Wild yeast, funky, dry, some sweetness.

On tap at Taberena Saizar. Pours a hazy earthy gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has sweet and earthy apple with a bit of leaf underlying. Flavor has sweet apple throughout with a growing earthiness and a slight oakiness underlying.
