After more than 3000 ratings my first one with schraubverschluss. Aroma is nothing much slight melasses and coffee ground. Taste is bitter coffee ground and guinness with some sweet caramel base. Complex sugars. A bit on the sweet spectrum but no obvious flaws.

Not on vid, but based on checklist. Beer not with beer bottle cap... I count that as a minus. Smell- weak, maybe hops, Foam- thin, bit to medium soft and large in mouth with some bitter notes for sure. Head is medium, white color. Appearance-hazy, yellow, orange color, carbonation is medium, quite even. Taste- bitter notes, yeast, some citrus, and if aftertaste some hops, some of that pulling bitter notes. Not bad, but might not be exactly my type.

Plum and ckae dough aroma. Medium bodied. Bitter flavor, maybe a bit buttery. Plum and apple fruit. Clean palate. Just a bit of hops in the nutty bitter aftertaste. Fairly rich märzenbier. Just around the average, but still a decent brew.
