Cask at Cask On, 3/23/25.
Clear, dark, lighter auburn edges. Small, beige ring of bubbles.
Crunchy-roasty-earthy. Clean, lightly chocolatey. Seems pretty by-the-books.
Good bitterness with a bit of chew to it. Dark chocolate, moderate roast. Very unremarkable but well-done Irish Stout.

Pours murky deep mango into a willi. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied with sweet tangerine, melon and papaya upfront turning to earthy mango peel and tangerine pith in the hot, lasting finish.

Can (unintelligible date code off side of can) from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Hazy yellow-orange with trace sparkle, small head, good retention, ring of lacing. Aroma is florals, orange, candied citrus, subtle malt backbone. Taste is strong orange/citrus (a bit to the astringent side), malt, late pine. Smooth, silky, frothy texture; medium bodied, avg. carbonation, fruity/malty finish. Good features and not-so-good features. OK.

Can from Liquor Junction, Reading. Dark brown/ruby with nice sparkle, thin head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted malt, Czech bittering hops. Taste follows aroma; mild toffee, very late chocolate. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and toasted/hoppy mild bitterness in the finish. Spot on for the style.

Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Opaque, inky black, with nice viscosity. Aroma is strong pumpkin spices, carrot cake. Taste is strong pumpkin spices, carrot cake, mild bourbon. Smooth texture, thick body, finish as taste. Doesn't get too sweet. Well balanced.

500mL bottle shared by AFH on 11/23/24. Inky, viscous, no head, dark. Smells like TJ's wife. Creamy, pumpkiny, delicious. Rich, spicy, good amount of bourbon and heavy vanilla. No booze. Thick, rich, juicy, spicy, tons of roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, cream cheese. Syrupy, soft, sweet, succulent and yet the cinnamon and roasted pumpkin balance pretty nicely. Mellow and rich at the same time. No booze. Not overly spiced. Different but lovely and unique. Only thing I want is just a bit more thickness from the malt body.

16 oz. can. Aroma is orange, white bread, and mild florals. The florals carry into the flavor with a soft bread like malt backbone. Hence of citrus and pine also here in the flavor. Pretty nice array of flavors in this NEIPA.
