9/7/2026. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers! Nice colour pour with a small tan head. Aroma is heavy cinnamon, roasted, chocolate, fudge cake, coffee. A little sweet, with some toasted bitterness developing. Good body, smooth, low carbonation. Enjoyed this.

Pint of pulp. Nice nose. Fruit, oat, some hand soap. Herbs and perfume. Flavor of oats and herbs and citrus. Nicely balanced. Creamy. Easy drinker.

Really nice mix of fruity, almost funk-tinged hops with some earth and sweat and lots of yellow fruit. Passion fruit, guava, light mango and tangerine all leave it bright and lively, with cracker and light white bread-like malts to easily balance.
Soft and malty but with lots of cracker and light bread, leaving it dry and medium-bodied. Some floral citrus notes lead, taking on a bit of pineapple, peach and mango. Gentle, but just about appropriate bitterness to balance the well-attenuated malts. Very easy drinking.

Bottle: Poured a deep black to brown with a creamy light brown head. Aroma is rich roasted malts, hint of cinnamon but not enough to worry me, dark chocolate, coffee. Taste is rich roasted malts, dark chocolate that leans into a mocha espresso coffee, some bitterness.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Purpleish red coloured, small off-white head, gummi bears in the nose. Same in the taste with notes of raspberry and lemon. Bit artificial but also likable.
