16 oz. can. Aroma of lime and orange peel. Flavor is the lime and orange peel, supported by bread like malt. Lots of citric and it comes off pretty juicy. Wow. This would be even more special on draft. Nice DIPA.

16 oz. can. Aroma is orange and soft lime peel. Flavor has a base bready malt. Mild Orange, and perhaps calm quiet. Very low citrus peel bitterness in the finish. Pretty well balanced. Easy drinking NE IPA.

16 oz. can. Color is a deep unclear crimson. Aroma is bold berries with mild peanut butter powder. Strong tart, blackberry and raspberry throughout the sip that has been mellowed out by peanut butter in the finish. Mouth feels good not overly tart, sour or sweet. Quite nice!!

Pineapple and grapefruit. Pours clear golden without much head. Light bitter finish with hop tang. Some tangerine, lemon.

Roast and light cinnamon. Some coffee. Additives don't come on super strong, and at 10% this is still a manageable stout. Pours black with decent mocha head. Bitter end with some tangy aftertaste. Could be crisper. Some doughiness. Bottle.

Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Zesty, with dry sauce and good mineral. Limey and yet not as fruity and flabby as a lot of recent Motueka. Cracker and biscuit malt balance with low to moderate acidity.
Big lime, white grape and earthy mineral give one hell of a Motueka expression. Is this peak Motueka? I think currently it is. Not soft and flabby fruity, lacking the big pineapple fruit salad and sweet cherry. But full of zesty lime and grape. Big malt presence, possibly a touch too rich for the low acidity, but the comforting softness is welcome. Lingering lime, earth, chalky mineral.

Yes, that is the sandwich and it's not sweet, sugary crap in the nose. Not dusty, gross peanut powder, either.
Sweet, soft, juicy, rich, mildly tart with grape and peanut. Well that's worlds better than Xul's nasty garbage, though it's still a bit sweet. Not that I'd expect it to be bone dry, but I wouldn't hate a bit more dryness. Not lactosey, which is nice. Tartness could be amped up a bit. The pb&j aspect is undeniably awesome, though.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and tangerine aromas. Soft with sweet mango, berry and underripe melon front to back. Medium length dry pith and overripe berry finish. Turns unpleasantly soapy as it warms.

Undated can drunk 9/18/25.
Cloudy pink lemonade with a big, pinkish head.
Smells like pink lemonade but the lactose gives an almost juicy vanilla character that keeps it soft and inviting. Clean, not too acidic, not sugary. Fruit feels authentic.
Juicy, yet soft and creamy. The tart, acidic lemon shouldn't work so well with the creamy, soft lactose, and yet, it seems to balance near perfectly. Light acidity, no punchy lactic acid, no dirty, milky lactose nor cheap, sugary fruit character.

Undated can from Nan's Stow cooler, drunk 9/15/25.
Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, fairly creamy, off-white head.
Soft and easygoing, clean with light white bread, mild, fruity yeast and light woody Simcoe notes. No big punchiness from the Strata.
Soft, moderately sweet with succulent white bread and honey-like malt and a juicy yellow fruit character. Lightly woody with plentiful juicy pineapple and light mineral from Rakau. Good bitterness. Solid, polished, clean, balanced as you can expect from Deciduous
