Draught at Canary Square, 10/6/21. Moderate to heavily hazy, maize-gold. Small, white head, low retention. Lovely nose, light citrus, bubble gum, earth, spice, pine. Nothing too aggro. No booze or flaw. Malt shows enough sweetness to balance. Soft, very dry, floral, a bit undermalted in the mouth, it seems at first. Bit of resin, bubble gum. Cracker. Earth and wood. Just needs a bit more juice or malt sweetness to balance all of this dryness/acidity.

Can pour from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. It's a hazy dark brown/mahogany with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, massive 5-finger light brown foamy head (did somebody shake this up?) with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is earthy/woody/grainy roasted malt with minerals. Taste is lightly bitter/tart earthy/woody malts with rye, barley, general graininess and mild offsetting sweet toffee. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, didn't love it at first but it grew on me as the pint wore on.

Taste follows aroma with wheat, fruity esters, pepper. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent strength and complexity of aroma and flavors.

16 oz. can supplied by tfontana, Thanks Tom. Plenty of yeast in a light body with some lingering black pepper notes. Wheat character with a effervescent mouth feel. Pretty much what you would expect.
