Can pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is cloudy light brown-yellow with light sparkle at the edges of the glass, a few white floaties, 2-finger width white foamy head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is floral, orange citrus, pineapple. Taste is strong orange citrus, pineapple rind, grapefruit and light grain backbone and mild late bitterness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with light lingering bitterness. Overall, nice juiciness for a pale ale and decent complexity.

16 oz. can. Date of can: 02/19/20. Typical hazy appearance. Aroma shows me mild citrus, mild herb, subtle grass. The flavor is the same in a mild manner. Soft bitterness in a normal body.

Can from Craft Beer Cellar Belmont. Pours a lightly hazy electric yellow with a decent sized long lasting frothy white head. Earthy peppery clove on the nose with a bit of bready and cereal maltiness. Flavor follows nicely. This is a pretty nice farmhouse ale.

Bottle at home in NH - picked up at Ryan & Casey. Pours unclear gold with a tight, creamy white head. Seriously good stuff, pleasant lemony tang, ole wood dryness, moderate funk, soft bitterness, mellow acidity, salt. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, more lemony acidity, oak, mild funk. Great depth and drinkability. Very impressed by this.

Tap pour at Armsby Abbey. Appearance is cloudy, yellow, with no discernible sparkle, small head and light lacing. Aroma is strong pine and grapefruit with mild herb--really strong and nice! Taste is strong grapefruit and herb over pine. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and lingering dry pleasant bitterness. Overall, points for strength and some complexity. A very good pale ale.

Aroma of oak, bugs, funky yeast. Flavor is tart and funky yet delicate. Lemon juice, and oak throughout the sip. Dry oaky texture. Sour-heads should enjoy this quite well. It is not aggressive at all. A nice brew to introduce somebody to sour ales.

Tap pour into goblet. Appearance is lightly hazy yellow with trace sparkle, finger-width white head with great retention and decent lacing. Aroma is mild fruit and citrus, grass, pine and an herbal, almost savory quality. Taste is mainly herb with milder fruit, lightly tart and trace citrus and cracker malts. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Overall, a lot to unpack here but it's not altogether harmonious--a bit muddled.
