Draught @ the source. Though labeled as white stout, I chose to register it as a Spice/Herb/Veg beer since it’s a coffee infused ale. Hazy orange with ioff-white fioamy head, coffee beans aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter coffee beans taste, thin body, longish coffee finish. The coffee beans have had a strong influence on this brew.

Draught @ the source. Slightly cloudy golden color with very small frothy white head, acidic aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter tart taste, smooth body, abrupt finish. The hops profile is not very prominent, but still good.

Draught @ the source. Cloudy orange with creamy off-white head, spicy aroma (lemongrass?), low carbonation, spicy taste with some chili and cinnamon, thin body, medium spicy finish, Quite interesting, the Belgian yeast does not display its usual aromatic characteristics.

Draught @ the source. Slightly cloudy yellow with large creamy off-white head, smoked bacon aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter smoked taste, thin body, longish malty finish with smoke aftertaste. The smokey taste is very prominent.
