Draught @ the source. Clear copper red with very small frothy whitish head, very faint acidic aroma, medium bitter tart taste, medium carbonation, thin body, longish bitter finish. Quite bitter for a farmhouse ale.

On tap @ The Gingerman. This is a pretty near to clear looking dark golden colored one with a small shattered and softly lacing off-white head. It has quite a mild nose. Traces of coffee grind, freshly sliced grapefruit and strawberries. Mild but nice. Didn't really like the taste on this. It's almost strawberry smoothie sweet. Sour? Not even a hint of what I combine with that word. Old musky red sweet apples, something horribly artificial going on here. Will not, and did not finish this glass. 17.06.2015

At Big Alice: pours dark, clear brown with a small head. Aroma is berries, something akin to chocolate, but not that (yes, helpful, I know). Taste is kins of sweet with a sort of round fruitiness. Nice very mild salty finish. Interesting and actually reasonably well pulled off. I feel like Big Alice is getting their act together and creating well balanced tasty beer.
