At the source: pours cloudy reddish orange with a small white head. Aroma is lactic acid and tons of it. Very pungent. Interesting fruity and aour flavor. Not really feeling the tea. Slight salt. Weird gose. big Alice’s aimless experimentalism shines in this one.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: looks like Big Alice finally found out how to carbonate beers and make them look beery. Pours golden with a fluffy white head. Aroma is mild funk and fruit. Taste is lightly sour. Very carbonated body. Pleasant at first but I kind of got bored of it. Still, this was the best I had from that series I think.

Draught. Hazy reddish brown with medium creamy beige head, faint caramel aroma, low carbonation, lightly tart berry taste, slightly salty, thin body, abrupt finish. Not sure I’ve liked it.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours murky ugly orange with almost no head. Aroma is fruits and vinegar and stuff. Taste is rather sour. I think there is apricot or something in the flavour. Low sweetness. Still easy to drink. As can be inagibed low hops. Not great.
