BGH: pours black with a light beige head. Aroma is piny, some light citrus and some dark chocolate. Taste is somewhat bitter, slightly tangy. Lingering piny aftertaste. Good.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy, orange gold pour. Pillowy white head leaves behind artful clinging lace. Fragrant aromas of sweet citrus abound. Notes of orange, grapefruit and lime. Flavor is a burst of orange, pink grapefruit, passion fruit and peach. Of course, the abundance of oats in the malt bill lend a creamy, biscuity backbone that balances this IIPA very nicely. Juicy and piney with a bit of warming alcohol, to boot. Yum!
