12 ounce can. Barely translucent cola brown color. Finger high foamy tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at coffee and smoke. First sip is roasted malt. Notes of coffee and black pepper. Middle brings hints of cocoa, cayenne and mixed spice. Some warming heat from the cayenne. Finishes dry with a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy orange gold pour. Dense, rocky beige head is two fingers high. Big citrus hop nose is redolent of orange and mango. First sip mirrors the nose. Added notes of sweet caramel malt, lemon and passionfruit. Creamy mouthfeel. Wonderfully complex throughout. Boozy notes in middle. Sticky orange notes in finish. Very nicely done.
