From a 75 cl bottle shared at home on Christmas eve. Pours a hazy amber with a thin off white head. Tart cherry nose. Flavors of sour cherry, white pepper and a touch of green apple. Medium bodied, low carbonation, tart, crips finish.

Sampled from a bottle. Black, and low carbonation. Dry roast with some chocolate and dry. Thick and heavy on the palate. ok.

Found this on sale for less than half the original price - score? - we’ll see - hazy gold pour - lively carbonation - fairly thick head - nose of musky brett, tart lemon, light wheat, floral notes, mild sweetness - flavor is decidedly less complex - semi-sour, lemon, dull yeast, mild phenols, chalky mineral notes - moderately acidic finish with moderate brett muskiness - decent - glad I didn’t pay full price.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours hazy purple with big pink head. Aroma is nice blueberry, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and big bubble lacing. Taste is soft malt with a hint of blueberry. Hoped for more blueberry.

Bottle. Pours cloudy reddish purple, small fizzy pinkish head mostly dissipates with some lacing. Aroma is blueberry, oak, touch of funk. Flavor is light sweet initially, drying out quick. Just a bit tart and fruity with a backdrop of pleasant barnyard. Dry finish, lingering oaky fruity tart flavors. Light body, bubbly high carbonation - a bit soda-like, which detracts from an otherwise lovely beer.

Bottle from Jaspers, thanks for the Gift Certificate Mike. Pours a solid black with a huge creamy tan head that persists forever and sticks to everything. Huge hoppy nose of pine resin and citrus with a solid roasty smokey sweet malty base. Mild papery oxidation on the nose as well. Sweet sugary malt flavor with bits of roast and dark chocolate. Plum and anise midway through before a sweet molasses and chocolate with a twinge of alcohol finishes us off. Medium to thick body with a light level of carbonation and a sweet creamy silky mouthfeel. Nice imperial stout.

probably the best of the three punkin beers toniahgt. Pour is a little darker than yellow. Smells like plain old beer from a can. Decent co2. Not spice forward and I apprecate that. Interesting and mild on the finish.
