12 oz can from Half Time. Pale golden, hazy, huge towering head. Grainy aroma with some citrus peel. Taste brings more citrus, floral flavors, dry, tangy, light bitterness. Seemingly light but packs a wallop in the hop department.

Draught @ Taproom No 307 (11/6/19). Extremely hazy rich orange-yellow large with foamy off-white head, citrus-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-citrus peel-pineapple taste, somewhat thick body, long finish. Decent NEIPA.

Completely clear golden and lightly peach tinted body with almost no head at all, and what is there fades immediately. Aroma of, yes, you guessed it, very subdued and simplistic tart notes with raspberries, grain, light brett and pure acidic, vinegary notes that dominate without much support. Light-bodied; Super mellow malt notes with soured and tart elements, a dash of dry wheat without any spices, but also a touch of the fructose or sweet flavours from fruit with a hint of bananas, perhaps from the yeast on the finish. Aftertaste is dry, quite tart and super subdued and simplistic without any outlandish flavours or complexity in the slightest bit. Overall, a nice and, as the name implies, ridiculously simplistic beer with a soured, tart flavour throughout with some wheat and no substantial malts that make this an easy-drinking, super simple summer beer that still has a tart and acidic flavour throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in New York (TriBeCa), New York on 13-August-2018 for US$2,99 sampled a bit over a year later at home in Washington on 20-October-2019.

Draught at the source: pours opaque haze with a small head. Aroma is some funk, flowers, weird fruitiness. Mild funk, slight sweetness, interesting.
