On tap at Salud pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has grass, green apple, green grape, a little nail polish, some buttery oak. Flavor follows, astringent with wood, green apple, mild spice, lemon tea. Tart and lightly tannic finish.

Bottle. Dark clear maroon brown color, massive beige head. Aroma of fenugreek. Just kidding, I have no idea what fenugreek is. Aroma of creme brulee, herbs and roots. Taste is rich, sweet without being boozy, burnt caramel, bitter root. Interesting and unique.
