Sampled from a can this beer poured a cloudy orange-apricot color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was musty with white pepper, golden fruit and yeast. The flavor was tangy and sweet with apricot, peach, pear, a bit of mustiness and faint bubblegum. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bottle shared at CBC CG - London. Sourced via trade. Pours clear copper-red with a creamy, beige head. The nose holds tangy berries, brown bread, earth, lightly toasted malts. Light to medium sweet flavour with more tangy dried berries, brown bread, a little leather. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, moderate boozy warmth, more leathery and tangy berries. Good stuff overall.

The Aromas are hops something that smells almost like peaches and solvent. Flavors aren't balanced. A touch sweet up front that does not balance the strong resin bitterness in the back and through the Finish the peaches aren't working here either. The end is an unpleasant bitterness. Carbonation doesn't help. Don't know if I'll be able to finish this one.

Pint can pours with a nice dark body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up coffee, thin dark roasted malts, a bit of tangy lactose and then some chocolate. The taste delivers smooth yet thin bodied notes of coffee, chocolate, a cream soda like vanilla sensation and then dark roasted malts. The body is pretty darn thin but overall this is tasting pretty good.
