Description
At Plan Bee Farm Brewery our mission is to brew 100% New York State ingredient beer. We source all our ingredients from the state of New York with many grown on site. Our beers go from ground to glass within measurable feet of their origins. Our goal is to work with local businesses to produce a delicious product for the community we serve.

At Plan Bee Farm Brewery, our beers are created by the limitation of local resources. From the yeast we cultivate from our honey comb, to the grain and hops in our fields, if it isn’t in our community it doesn’t enter our beer.

Today, brewers talk about ‘local’ craft beer while sourcing ingredients from around the world. At Plan Bee Farm Brewery, we define ‘local’ as that which grows in New York State, if not on our farm. Over the course of the next few years we will work tirelessly to reduce the radius of our sourced ingredients. The goal is to be able to say, “I planted & processed everything in this beer personally.”

Thanks Carl !!! Damn ripe shredded peach funk, so nice. When I have my cellar ready I swear I need to start getting 2, one to drink and one to cellar. Cause I bet this will be insanely casey level good in a year even. Fresh it was already perfect.

Scary dregs but really nice sweet oak funk nose and front with a lasting rye slightly spiced slightly sweet finish, really really nice and smooth, hard to put down.

bottle from Tavour. Didn't let it condition - had to try! Pears balanced the sourness, making for a nice mild farmhouse. Pretty darn good

12.7 oz waxed and capped. Aroma is Bretty, lacto, lemon, pears, Band-Aids, earthy, woody. Pours hazy sunshine golden with a one+ finger cream-white pillowy head with excellent retention. Taste is highly sour (8/10) with flavors of Brett, lemony lacto, light pear influence, oak. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. A little strong on the Brett for me personally, but it's still a tasty and fascinating beer.

Bottle. Pours a near clear bright straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice funk and a slightly tart lemon with an oaky backbone. Flavor is light with a bit of flora, some light tart lemon and a decent amount of oak and funk in the finish.
