Pale yellow color, no head. Rubbery, apply-fruity aroma, some spicey notes. Light bodied. Very dry and quite alcoholic. Dry, dry, dry berryish and some tart green apple. Quite special.

Bottled@PBF2012. Pale yellow colour, sno head. Arima is honey,elderflower and semi sweey. Fllavour is fruits, wood and sme bready and yeasty notes. Elderflower as well.

Bottled. Clear pale yellow. Floral nose with plenty of honey. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mildly warming with peppery herbs and dessert wine. Some peppermint in the finish. Nice, mid intense mid sweet meed.

Sample courtesy of rlgk (originally from omhper). Pours clear very pale golden with no head to speak of. Smell is intense, sweet and slightly sour with honey, clovers, acetone, hawthorn, alcohol, grass, dried flowers and detergent. Taste is tiny sweet and very sour with lemon juice, grass, flower nectar, acetone, white wine vinegar, honey, hawthorn, unripe plums, alcohol and a weird sour chemical taste I can’t define. Mouthfeel is intense, dry, tart, chemical and medium bodied. Finish is sour and tart with grass, lemon juice, honey and white wine vinegar. Smell is sweet and tiny sour with honey, sweet dark bread, slightly fermented apples, alcohol, lemon juice, orange zest, cookie dough and hints of aceton and green grapes. Taste is very sweet with honey, yeast, grapes, cookie dough, apples, overripe pears, grass, flower nectar and sweet dark bread. Mouthfeel is sticky sweet, tiny dry, tiny tart and medium bodied. Bottled. Very pale yellow. Floral leafy nose. Dryish and susprisingly light with rounded mouthfee.l Some bitterherbs and dry white wine. Mint and eucalytus before a finish with white pepper warmth and slight wormwood bitterness. Enjoyable and very drinkable.
