On draught at Bronx Alehouse. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Piney hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a slightly dank piney hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at Bronx Alehouse. Pours a hazy bright yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Oak, fruit and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of vinous oak, floral yeast and citrus. The finish is oaky with a yeast and malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy pale golden pour, small fizzy head. Aroma is fruity, stone fruit, then tropical and a hint of tart. Taste is immediate, sharp, stinging, sweetness increases, tart, and probably some bitterness buried behind the sting. Not what I was expecting, but really good.

Impressed! Sour IPAs are hard to take off (apparently). This is a great tart fruit forward in both ways IPA. Lots of lots of apricot and passion fruit. Huge hop haze forward after that, pineapple and lemon.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy amber gold color. Zillions of bubbles lead to a large foamy beige head. Light toasted malt nose hints at earthy coffee. Sweet toasted malt flavor. Notes of brewed coffee and vanilla. Creamy mouthfeel. Rich, smooth and tasty.

16 oz can from Tavour. Aroma is lacto, herbal and citrusy hops, wet stone, floral. Pours hazy pale golden with a one finger off-white head that falls into a ring after half a minute. Taste is very sour (9/10) and acidic, with only the faintest hop notes detectable in flavor. Lots of fruity apricot and passionfruit flavor. Delicious.
