750ml bottle pours a clear, bright straw gold with zero head but plenty of obvious carbonation. Nose hits you right away with bright ginger root, some lactic acid, a little home made yogurt, some vitamin C tablet, green apple skins, some past due apple juice. Flavor is tart, lightly sweet, a little champagne grape, green apple skin, raw ginger, yogurt, some limeade. Bright, lightly lactic finish. Maybe a bit heavy on the ginger, but still nice.

Clear 750ml bottle split with my girlfriend. Poured a pale, clear yellow color without much of a head - no pop on the opening of the bottle. Aroma was apples. Tart and earthy notes in this one, ginger and barrel character. Nice acidic notes makes this pretty interesting. Really liked it a lot, but not my favorite from them.

16oz tulip from a cask at Smoke and Barrel. Pours a bright, hazy pink (looks like grapefruit meat) with a ring of white head which faded fast. Nose has nice muddled apple, apple core, some herbal tea, floral, rose water, some baby ginger. Flavor is very well balanced, sweet apple, earthy apple cores, tart apple skin, a little cranberry, some dried cherry, some herbal tea, a little tamarind. Light bodied, oily finish. Really good treatment.

750ml bottle purchased at Right Proper. Poured a clear, slightly neon, slightly murky yellow color with a quick, short lived fizzy wispy head, lots of carbonation - like champagne. Aroma was crisp, green granny smith apples, tartness, some light earthy funk. Flavor was all crisp apple. Dry finish. Very enjoyable.
