Pours dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, biscuit and grassy finish. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long malty, caramel and biscuit finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, orange and citrus. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, caramel, orange and citrus finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

CBC Blue Session. Keg. Hazy deep amber beer, pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly crispy. Mild cream in the sweet caramel - toffee malts. Good red berriee and marmalade. Mild spice. Light crisp finish. Comes together well.

CBC Blue Session. Keg. Clear deep amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is crisp, light and dry. Minerals. Mild sweetish caramel malts. Touch of something fruity. Dry crisp finish. Cleslan but dull.

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Clear fold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp. Sweetish malts, trace of dry cream. Mild floralness. Good piney hops. Hop spice and floral orange and tangerine. Light finish. Well joined up and tasty.
