Aroma of tropical, citrus, floral and mild resin and melon hops, mild caramel malt. The taste is tropical, citrus, candied citrus, resin, hops, caramel malt. Medium bodied, low carbonation, moderate lingering bitterness, good balance.

Draft at Three Notch’d. 7/1/14. Pours a dark brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, nuts, mild tomato, herbal and pepper notes. The taste is chocolate, peppers, roast, mild tomato and salt. Medium bodied, low carbonation, slight lingering heat, good balance.

Draft: Lemon zest nose. Clear golden, thin head. Light lilly flavor. Fizzy, light body. Decent session ale, well hopped for the style, not a whole lot of wheat characteristics.

Draft at the brewery, 5/20/14. Pours a hazy golden color with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of herbal, resin, vegetal, citrus hops, doughy malts and a bit of toastiness. The taste is citrus, resin, pine, dank hops, toffee malt and a bit of melon in the finish. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness, good balance.
