Draft pour at Spacebar. Poured a very slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma ws some light smoky notes. Some leafy hops. This one had a slightly sweet finish.

12oz can. Gold clear appearance. Aroma is moderately sweet with pear esters that are a little slick. Light earthy dough. Flavor has much less sweet than aroma but still there. Full pear and lightly gritty malts. Well done for my tastes and I have a bigger window for this style when American brewers try to take it on.

Some bread yeast and lots of sour bretta. Pretty acidic like Indian face attacks. Hazy orange pour without much head or lacing. Tap at Glens.

I fully agree. Like stop trying to make gruit happen. But a decent enough gruit as far as saisons go. Reddish pour. Tangy finish. Good balance without too much oak. Some flower tang. Tap at Pizza Paradise.
